Different people have different ideas for breakfast. Some like light when some like heavy breakfast. Let me share with you a favorite breakfast from the Northern part of India.
This is called Parathas and curd ( Stuffed Indian bread with plain yogurt). There are different varieties of Parathas based on the suffering, like Aloo (Pattao ), Paneer (cottage cheese), Methi, Gobi( cauliflower) and muli( Redish). This one is a mix of Aloo methi.
