There is a single notification on my iPhone second screen. It is for a puzzle game I play every day and reminds me I have to play the game today. This screen, by the way, is seldom only one notification. Normally there are eight or nine at the least. It just so happens that I cleaned out my “notifications” this morning. I got rid of the flash flood warnings (my commute takes me down to the Potomac river, and into Virginia, it often floods in the low lands of Maryland and Virginia). I also have a couple of astronomy programs that notify me when there are things of interest (look up in the sky!). But everybody knows what you have information waiting for icons mean, right?
