Conference USA (C-USA) continues to persevere even though the conference is still sort of reeling after the formation of the AAC a few years ago because they recruit athletes from the same area of the United States of America. Both conferences cover the southeastern and the southwestern region of the country. Nevertheless, Conference USA made some noise in the postseason by going 4-2 during the bowl season. This type of parity looks to continue into this season.

I have a this small hatred for Louisiana Tech because they beat my Illini years back. Best believe I will be going against them in any game they play, lol.
I remember that game – it was a bowl game, but Tech had a running back that was real good that ended up playing for the Niners and the Ravens.
Texas put a beatdown on Louisiana Tech. I’am like a kid in a candy store tracking the scores while watching the games. Fun being in the stands because I’am trying to hear the results being announced. Excited to go to another Northwestern game in a few weeks.
Western Kentucky and Louisiana Tech
Western Kentucky just lost to Central Arkansas. They are going to have problems this year.

A lot of these unknown teams are stepping up. I’ll have to keep an eye out for Central Arkansas
Once ESPN started showing FCS games, the level of those teams are pretty good. James Madison only lost to West Virginia by 7, South Dakota State only lost to Minnesota by 7, and Northern Iowa lost to Iowa State in triple overtime. Plus, teams don’t even schedule North Dakota State any more.
Damn! I tracked that Minnesota game, thinking that they would be the Big Ten team to lose in opener. Definitely should be a win for my Fighting Illini.
I’ll keep an eye out for North Dakota
Old Dominion and Rice. Complete guesses.
I don’t have a clue, but I support your effort.
Thank you for your support. If you didn’t pick any teams in the poll, then guessing is totally fine.
