     • Thank you for sharing, Kim! I often find myself searching homes for sale on the west coast just to see what it’s like out there. Your photos are amazing!

       • If you stay away from the cities, it is cheaper. Also, the further away from the beach you are the cheaper. I have five acres in East County San Diego for sale for 30K. It is permitted for a house but has no well. It is off I8 outside of Jacumba California.

         • I will definitely keep that in mind. I am currently recovering from a long toxic relationship and am thinking a fresh start would be the very best thing for me. I’m now at the point of accepting that and starting to pull my funds together. The Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia is where I was born and raised, and it’s beautiful; but it’s Mayberryville and you can’t get away from bad memories here… AND I need expansion! 😀

   • I need to go out a bit farther from the house to hike. I try to get out once a week even if I don’t really feel like it, once I get there it is all worth it.
