It is the oldest and largest university in Bulgaria.
The university was established on October 1, 1888.
The central part of the Sofia University building worth BGN 6 million was built with a donation from the brothers Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi, whose sculptures adorn its facade.
I’m not a graduate of it (I graduated from the Technical University), but I’ve always admired this building.
