In this Glory 72 heavyweight fight at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Jon King recorded the fastest knockout in Glory kickboxing history against Tommy Matlan. As soon as the bell rang to begin the fight, the fight was already over.
Matlan started this fight all the way wrong with a left body kick. In kickboxing, one has to set up kicks with punches first because kicking first leaves the fighter immobile for a split second before putting the leg back to the ground.
Oops! When Matlan threw the kick, King countered with a three-punch combo that left Matlan face first on the canvas.

That error is clearly known by kickboxers all over the world. You can tell that the guy that was knocked out did not practice a whole lot before the fight.
