Young teams tend to have a letdown after a huge result. However, Chelsea held course after their remarkable comeback against Ajax to shut out Crystal Palace 2-0 at London’s Stamford Bridge in Barclays Premier League play. Before the match started, there was a moment of silence for UK’s Remembrance Day, which will be on Monday. Remembrance Day is the equivalent of Veterans Day in the United States of America.
Both goals were scored in the second half. The first goal was at the 52nd minute where some slick passing opened up Tammy Abraham for a slicing kick into the net. The second goal was scored by Christian Pulisic off of a deflected shot by Michy. As of now, Chelsea is now in second place in the Premier League.
Im convinced Chelsea and Leicester can chase down Liverppol
Chelsea will not chase Liverpool down because of Kepa. Leicester could possibly pull off another miracle because Leicester City will be more rested than Liverpool over the season with Liverpool in the Champions League.
I am pretty much; Chelsea, Liverpool, Leister and Man City… from the start…have not been impressed with Hotspurs or Arsenal
I see that you are a front-runner, but these four teams have separated themselves from the rest of the Premier League so far this season.
I had chosen them before the season started. People were a bit surprised by Leister… but
Probably a realistic result, I’m surprised Tottenham didn’t save the win.
Chelsea fan cheering here!!!!
Yay! Chelsea is back because they finally started playing Pulisic.
Sheffield United is the surprise team this season. Tottenham is also undermanned due to injuries as well.
