Buffalo Bills football fans are thankful the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton did his part to keep the playoff hopes of their football team alive to make it to the playoffs for the first time in 17 seasons when Dalton led the Bengals to a win in their last game of the 2017 National Football League (NFL) regular season by beating their American Football Conference (AFC) North Division Rivals the Baltimore Ravens by a final score of 31-27 which knocked out the Ravens from making another playoff run this year.

The Buffalo Bills have thanked Dalton by making donations to the Andy Dalton Foundation in Cincinnati which is used by the Bengals quarterback to assist the people in his community as way of saying “Thank you” to Bengals fans for their support of the football team.

Dalton’s goal was to have $150,000 dollars that he will use to assist people who are down on their luck and finances which is a wonderful deal of Dalton’s part.

The Bills made their last playoff appearance in 1999 when they made the postseason as a wild card entry before losing to the Tennessee Titans by a final score of 22-16 which will be remembered for the “Music City Miracle” when Kevin Dyson caught a lateral pass from Frank Wycheck in the final seconds of the playoff game that was played in Nashville Tennessee on a kickoff return at the closing moments of that football game. .

The 2017 Buffalo Bills who are the number six seed in the playoffs will be facing the number three seed the  Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday January 7, 2018 at EverBank Field in Jacksonville Florida.

Even though the Bengals were not in playoff contention in their final regular season game versus the Baltimore Ravens at M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore Maryland, they did play the role of spoiler for both the Ravens and the Detroit Lions in their final two games of the 2017 regular season to finish their season with the two straight wins.
