The photo was taken in the garden at the Culver’s at 9455 Skokie Boulevard in Skokie, Illinois.
Editing was done with ACDSee Ultimate 2019. I adjusted the lighting and increased the contrast, clarity, vibrance and brightness in the greens. Then I adjusted the levels slightly.

Petunias are beautiful flowers. I like this color the most.

I envy you for your camera. Mine is just an ordinary digital camera.
So’s mine. It’s a Nikon Coolpix P7700. No interchangeable lenses. Basically a little better than a little point and shoot.
In the film days I had all the different lenses but, as I got older, I couldn’t carry them all. I gave them to my daughter and bought a digital point and shoot. That was 14 years ago. I’m on my third digital camera.
Was editing at all necessary? I would have preferred their natural look
Cameras don’t necessarily record a scene the way our eyes see it. It almost always takes some editing to do that.
I am aware of that but here in this photo I feel editing is slightly over done Just saying.
Love petunias and I grow a lot in the garden
We have some in hanging pots on our deck.
