It feels like cold temperatures was just dumped on us starting this past weekend. I kind of debated on bringing out my scarf, beanie and gloves to hold up until the temperature became bearable throughout the day. If you have ever been to California and experienced the weather there, that is what I would compare it to. California is freaky because the during the morning hours, it is cold up until like 10 AM, then it becomes blistering hot by noon. Going into this weekend, I felt relieved not to be doing Chicago Marathon because of instant cold temperatures, even though Detroit Marathon which is the following weekend may be similar. Yikes! I would imagine by then I would be accustomed to the change in temperature.
It is autumn in Spain as well, but I believe it is colder in Chicago as the winds in Chicago are really famous.
Very chilly here. I literally just wore my winter jacket just to be outside briefly
you might as well break out at least some of your winterweight clothes now
Oh, best believe I have them out. You’ll see them in my pictures from the marathon in Detroit
good for you. all this healthy living and training will come to nothing if you die from hypothermia…
I look at it this way, at least I would have died doing something that I love doing. I make it no secret that its my first love ; )
or stay alive and do the things you love doing longer. but that’s just me

Usually, things are sunny and warm if not hot in Florida. I woke up this morning wondering what was different and upon a gray day it is too cool and I am writing and shivering
Actually contemplating a trip to Florida early November. I’am anticipate packing running shorts instead of tights
