I really had no idea how many times I touch my face every day. The mask has helped me to realize how often I touch my face and reminds me to constantly be aware of where my hands are and to keep singing and washing my hands. Everyone might not require the same thing, and yet it has been a great reminder for me. I had all the things at home. I would guess you may be able to get the items. I will do more research on that if anyone is interested in me don’t that for them, leave it in the comments and I will.
Be safe today and keep that smile going even if it has to be hidden by a mask.

I also made a mask myself. I go shopping with her and I drive my car. Only her home is salami.
