Rosehill Cemetary, Chicago, Illinois
Panasonic DMC-FZ50 with a Hoya linear polarizer
Editing was done using ACDSee Ultimate 2020. I adjusted the lighting and increased the contrast and clarity. Then I increased the saturation in the yellows and oranges and added a vignette.

I love those autumn colors. I think each season has it’s glory.
I agree, the colors are breathtaking.
I love the fall of the year, this foliage is stunning.
I agree with you Carol DM, we are lucky Gary shared it with us.
Gary is a very talented photographer and tend to stay in the background. I try to visit all of his beautiful photos.
I haven’t been able to post for a couple of months. When I click on ‘Submit’, I get a message saying that I am not authorized to access that page. If I try to send a message to whoever is running Virily, I get the same message. I have no idea what to do.
Thank you very much for the kind words, Ghostwriter.
How very beautiful. Such autumn color vibrancy and in such a peaceful place
It’s located very near my home o I go there frequently.
There is a small cemetery I discovered here with some lovely monuments so I will go there soon and also take some photos.
I’m looking forward to seeing the results.
A wonderful place for someone to sleep forever!
It is a very peaceful place. Part of the cemetery was sold to the city a couple of years ago and turned into a small nature preserve. (There were no bodies buried in that part.)
