What’s the plan for the day? It is a holiday and I am not totally prepared. I did get up and start my day with my new morning routine and that was a healthy beginning. So right this moment I am ahead of the game and that is a blessing.
I will prepare a special dinner. I will make sure they get their deviled eggs. I will gather the stories my father wrote over the years for this holiday and have them available to read.
Still there is a busy week ahead. I have to do some household chores so we can get to appointments, work and keep committements. I need to get the ironing done today and the never ending laundry that consumes my life. Illness means a whole bunch of laundry. I am happy to do it.
I will let everyone I meet today know that they are loved and appreciated.
(And yes, whenever I remember what I should of done yesterday and didn’t get done I will add it to the list.)
I think I feel this way again today. I am not certain that is a great sign.
Wishing you a great day, and a Happy Easter. Make sure to take care of yourself along the way as well.
Gosh there were a lot of posts where I didn’t respond. I am grateful for you comment.
Funny, I just saw this post again, love the saying above.
