It sounds unrealistic, but it does happen in every workplace.Whatever the industry, some of the employees have this kind of behavior to play while the boss is not around. They are good actors in pretending to do their respective jobs. If they continue this kind of behavior, it would be unfair to the other employees in the company.

In certain jobs, the employees were placed in the field. It is most likely that they play around at work. That’s the reason why they were so delayed in their work milestone. You will expect that there are so many factors that delaying the jobs. It seems possible but this is a part of their alibis.They are developing the skills of deception the higher ups. At some point, it can not be validated because the higher-ups are not into monitoring. It is becoming the culture within the organization or company itself.

In office-based employees, this kind of playing around is still in existence. The human resource personnel cannot track down the employees’ performance because they can evaluate them quarterly, half of the year or even annually. The colleagues can cover up each other. There are some instances that even the immediate manager or supervisor does the same thing.

In some companies, they tend to create a software program that can monitor the employees working at home. These employees are not aware of it. But it is embedded in personal computers of the home-based employees. It seems unrealistic since how can they do it. There are so many innovative programmes who can create a software program like this.

To some extent, Performance Evaluation Tool of Human Resources Department is not reliable in knowing the real performance of the employees. In logical thinking, there is no way you can measure the performance since it is more subjective information. It is just a guide to seemingly monitoring the employees’ performance.
