My 5 a Day 12/4

So here’s a report on my 5 a day. (No you won’t need to hear about this every day.) I am doing this to get me motivated and have it all planned out for tomorrow.  This morning I had raspberries on my oatmeal.  So that was number one.  I also had a glass of water instead of other beverage at breakfast.

#1 Pretty Close

I had mango instead of strawberries, because I am allergic to strawberries. I didn't add anything to it. I just ate the fruit. It was a refreshing side dish to go with my fish sandwich.

#2 Vegetable Soup

And I ended my day with vegetable soup.

I got in my 5 glasses of water. I walked for 55 minutes. I think it went quite well.

#3 Breakfast

Hum, it looks like my breakfast ended up at the bottom. Oh well such is life!
