A good story that comes after the end of Mardi Gras which is celebrated in the Greater New Orleans and other markets in Louisiana and some states happened when a Reddit user who goes by the name Wardo613 reported the loss of his wallet while he was in the French Quarter in New Orleans which is known for its party atmosphere used the power of social media to see if anyone found his wallet and planned to return it back to him.

Louisiana State Trooper John Jett found the missing wallet on Bourbon Street on the day where Wardo613 lost his wallet with all of his money and other possessions in it like his drivers license and some credit cards and other materials inside.

Officer Jett then checked out who Wardo613 was by checking the drivers license and his mailing address. Officer Jett then paid the postage for the missing wallet to be sent to Wardo613 with all of his money inside.

To put it mildly Wardo613 was so happy that a police officer who may or not have been on duty when he located the missing wallet and returned back to him safe and sound via the post office..

Wardo613 wants to repay Officer Jett for his kindness by sending him a free pizza in return.

Come think of this. What are the odds that anyone who attends a carnival, loses his wallet and has the good fortune to have a police officer send back his wallet with all of the money inside?

To put it mildly, it is a very long shot that would happen since it had been another person beside a police officer who found a wallet with money inside, the person would probably take the money and return the wallet to either Lost And Found or to the authorities.

Thank goodness there are some good law enforcement officers in Louisiana that do their best part to “Serve And Protect” their people in their town or state.
