Cheek to Cheek

Here’s another song that I wrote for my kids when they were little. I’d touch their cheek, nose, etc. as I sang the song to them. The “chinny-chin-chin” part would always garner a giggle.

Cheek to Cheek by Christian F. Burton Copyright 2003

Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin.

I love to smile and grin. I’ll say it once again. I love to smile and grin. I’ll say it once again. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin.

I am full of cheer as you can plainly hear. I am full of cheer as you can plainly hear. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin.

I’m happy as can be as you can plainly see. I’m happy as can be as you can plainly see. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin. Cheek to cheek, to nose, to forehead, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin, chinny-chin-chin.
