ADEFIS Juventud, the future is in our hands!

Better future for everyone, better life conditions and a peaceful life is something we all try to reach. Most of the things and conditions are in our hands and mind, but not all delends on us.

ADEFIS Juventud is an organization that promotes equality and integration, especially among the young people. It develops projects as well as programs preventing all kind of discrimination: social status, religion, race and sex. Another kind of problems that they deal with and develop projects for its solution are: protection of the environment, people with fewer opportunities, human rights, migrants, gender equality, a promotion of sustainable development and interculturalism. This is a non-profit organisation that among the other cooperates for the promotion of volunteering, awareness to Spanish and European culture, citizenship, cooperation and development and co-development in the countries that deal with extreme poverty or have a low income per head.

The organisation is located in Las Rozas de Madrid in Spain. It is highly qualified and in the social field and it is specialized in personal as well as professional development through methods based on non-formal education.

ADEFIS Juventud is accredited for hosting, sending and coordinating volunteers as it is part of the European Voluntary Service.

Not that just it helps the people who really need such a help they offer but they give a courses in a classroom for several association: ”Social Skills” , “Active Search for Employment” , “Basic Computer Skills” , “English Lessons” , “Gel Nails” and perform labor intermediation.

The organization actively promotes and develops solidarity and tolerance in order to strenghten social cohesion and make the world a better place for everyone!

Another important topic is the mutual understanding and respect between young people from different countries and cultures. They help in the improvement and the quality of support systems for different youth activities as well as the calacity of civil society organizations. The organisation promotes European cooperation in the young field.

Their methodological approach is based on informal education, personal development like creating new documents, skills and attitudes as well as acquiring knowledge through various techniques based on cooperative learning.

ADEFIS Yought International is qualified in the socio-labor sector team as well, as they have an experience in teaching and actions for Professional Orientation for Employment and Self-Employment in different municipalities of the Community of Madrid. They work with both national and European volunteers who participate in various daily activities organized from headquarters. Among them there are psycologists, sociologists, economists, journalists, translators etc.
