I just had to get in a workout today because I did nothing yesterday. And when I say nothing, I’m meaning that I did not even leave my apartment building to even get something as simple as some ice cream which I craved, but just didn’t have the desire to leave. I believe it was because I was fatigued from my last workouts which were pretty hard hitting on top of the yoga for weight loss exercises. I think going into this oncoming week, I will spread things out because as the weather gets warmer I will be incorporating more outdoor runs and bike rides which won’t be any different than those last workouts.

Taking a look at the exercises I had in store for me during this workout, I thought to myself “Holy shit” when I saw, the pillar. And it didn’t stop because there was another exercise called, the swimmer, as well as my favorite, yep! The checkmark! My first time doing the checkmark I cramped, but my body has gotten well used to it now, but with the pillar and the swimmer before it I imagined that it wouldn’t be as fun. The run portion was unexpected because I was a little on the fence with the weather being that it was in the mid-forties.

Workouts:
- Forward slopes
- The pillar
- The slopes
- The line
- The swimmer
- The checkmark
- The hundred
- Raising the leg
- The clock
- Baby position
*Bonus*
- Knees up – 20 Repetitions
- 1.93 mile run
- 25 jumping jacks
- 25 push ups
- The swing- 20 Repetitions
- 30 mountain climbers
- 20 Reverse crunches
Other than struggling with my form during the pillar, I enjoyed this workout entirely. It always feels good getting the yoga for weight loss exercises in because I enjoy adding previous exercises as a bonus. Stay safe everyone, but keep active!

I do have a few more foodie posts to share then I plan to step away for a bit.
i am seriously thinking about stepping away from this myself.
With everything going on in the world its hard to focus on putting together things. Going to open up the page when I do step away, so that everyone that pretty much wanted to upvote can upvote.
