Physical Therapy-Helping My Fibromyalgia and Pelvic Pain

I have Fibromyalgia, and I also found out that i have pelvic deterioration, but not much as of right now. The doctor thought physical therapy might be able to help. I talked to a therapist over the phone, and she said they can help with my Fibromyalgia pain as well as address the pelvic pain issues.

About some pain killer choices. I am going to try more natural ways of helping my pain along with physical therapy, and I will post daily on my progress. If you suffer from any type of pain, feel free to share what helps you.

I know many people suffer in pain, and I empathize with each and everyone of you. Fibromyalgia is all about wide spread pain, and is hard to deal with it. The pain can cause mental health problems. It can keep the mind stressed up due to so much pain. i hope and pray for some relief. Thank you all for visiting.

  1. Ouhh… I know it’s really a disturbing affliction. Hopefully, those therapies can help you, LaJenna. What therapy have you done, my friend?

I think acupuncture and acupressure might be useful, but whether you have done it.

  2. I wish you a quick and successful healing.
I sometimes have some terrible pain for rheumatism and arthritis.
In the middle of the evening, I need to have a stake on my feet in the morning.
I know very well what are the pains.
Be persistent in the treatment and try everything.
