It’s good to have goals, and what better way to achieve them than have rewards as incentive. I thought I would share mine here, maybe it will keep me accountable.
- Lose 25 pounds – Dye my hair
- Get my A1c under 6.5% – Tattoo
- Lose 50 pounds -New dress
- Get to goal weight – new wardrobe,and donate my old clothes
My ultimate goal is related to my health. I would also love to get off all of my diabetes medications and be able to say I reversed my diabetes. I am currently on Metformin, Glipizide, and Byetta. After 7 years, I am used to taking them but I would love to no longer have to.
There might be smaller goals between these 4 big ones, but those are what I am really focusing on.
