Here are my current goals for the month of August, 2018.
Writing-For Virily, to continue with the 365 day photo challenge and to write at least one other post per day. For HubPages, to continue with my Sketch a day hub, and to write one other article per day. For my bog, to write one post per day.
Quit Smoking-I have been trying to quit smoking for months now, and I want to be completely free of tobacco by the end of August.
Diet-I have forty pounds to lose. I plan to start with a low carb diet after I’ve gone two weeks without smoking. I will start by stocking up on diet foods this week.
Exercise-Continue exercising at home. Increasing time and speed on the treadmill. Adding push ups and crunches to my routine. Adding dumbells to my routine as well. Taking more long walks outside.
Yard-Work on front yard every day that it isn’t raining. Have the yard looking nice by the end of the month. Get flowers for four pots.
Hobbies-Continue one sketch a day. Finish girl painting. Work on art journal/altered book once a week. Continue to collect/buy cheap art supplies for current and other projects.
