My relative, who has been staying with me for six months, is leaving today. He is going to stay with friends in Idaho. He’s a young guy, and likes to roam. He has always couch surfed, and lives out of his backpack.
But I am really going to miss him. He’s a great guy, and one of the few people I can talk to. About anything really. He listens. I can have an actual conversation with him on deep issues.
He’s a vegetarian. He was always making weird foods. He would put hummus in his salad. He was always doing something with tofu. One of his favorite meals was quinoa and mung bean soup. He ate a lot of eggs and peanut butter for protein. He always bought organic food.
He will always be welcome in my home. I love you Jay.
Sorry, I have had many sad days lately. Things will get better.
