This is one of my favorite appetizers. Very famous all over the world. My is changed from the traditional Spanish gazpacho. Because at home there is one who does not sit on the table without meat. I supposed there may be people who would like this option. So I took a picture of this special portion. And the recipe itself will be for the universal aspic.

Products:

for 4 servings

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 hrs. olive oil
  • 1/4 hrs. wine vinegar

Recipe:

With a mixer, break down all the products to obtain your preferred consistency. The mixture is poured into a ceramic or glass bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour, and best for the whole night. When served, the soup is decorated with sprouts of parsley. Gazpacho is also known as “liquid salad” and is very suitable for hot summer months.
