Had vegetarian bee hoon for dinner tonight. It’s one of the “economy meal” that you pick a choice of bee hoon, mee or rice and then the side dishes to go with it.
I picked curry “chicken”, long beans and fried “pork”.
Maybe I will tempt you with my new meal in your challenge with lots of meat.
