What is for Desert?

Time to pamper my digestive system!! It’s good to take yoghurt 1-2 hours after food to help digestion and cultivation of good “germs” in your intestine.

    • Woohoo!! I bet Bulgarians have good digestive system from eating lots of yoghurt!!
      Yoghurt are pretty expensive here though

      • Hehe, I hope so. It’s a pity that they are so expensive. Unfortunately, nowadays there are so many products that claim to be yogurt but they don’t have the benfits of real yogurt.

    • Err…sorry I haven’t heard of that…
      but it does sounds really nice …
      The only cream cheese I knew of is the one my aunt add into the batter when baking cookies…
      The taste … heavenly!!
