  1. Not a fan of cabbage… unless it’s made into cold slaw.
    But I love other kinds of veggie like broccoli and choi sum.
    However, I guess I’ll have to learn to eat more cabbage now

    • Salad with fresh cabbage I offer you a recipe:
      Ingredients Necessary
      cabbage – 1 head, spring
      tomatoes – 3 pcs. average
      cucumbers – 1 pc.
      dill – if desired
      oil
      vinegar
      salt
      * measures and quantities
      Method of preparation
      Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers well. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and remove the stalk.

      Cut the cabbage thinly and pour into the bowl. Add the chopped cucumber and tomatoes cut into cubes. Cut dill finely if you love.

      Season with oil, vinegar and salt. Stir well and serve immediately
