Satay or sate – spell it any way you want… is delicious! Choice morsels of chicken, beef or lamb – marinated, skewered and grilled over an open charcoal fire. Served with a spicy peanut sauce together with chunks of crunchy cucumber and sliced raw onion. You may also order ‘nasi impit’ or pressed rice if you are really hungry. That goes wonderfully with the peanut sauce too! Enjoyyy!!
