Simple and delicious dish. It does not take much work.You will surely prepare it many times.
Chop up: 1 paprika,celery root 40 gr. 1 smaller onion, 2 carrots, 1 tomato,1 parsely root.
1. Baking pot sprinkle with oil. Put the cut vegetables in it.
2. 1.5kg. chicken legs spice with 20gr salt, cayenne pepper.
3. Mix the meat to absorb spices.
4. Meat put over vegetables.
5. Put 50 grams of oil over the meat.
6. Roast at 220 degrees 30 min. Turn the meat.
7. Remove the meat from the oven.
Prepare the topping:
1. 1 cup of flour (30 gr.), 10 gr. of sweet paprika, 5 gr.seasoned mix,or salt, 1 chopped clove of garlic,half liter of water.
2. Stir it all up and put over meat.
3 Roast at 220 degrees 30 min.
4. Remove and place parsley.
5. Serve with pasta,rice or potatoes.
