LaJenna's Keto Journey: Breakfast For April 13th

Many of you know I have been trying to eat better the Keto way. Not sure if sprouted bread is Keto or not. I think having some carbs is alright. Does anyone know? I am doing Keto mainly anyway, This is my breakfast for today.

One slice of sprouted bread, one tsp. of peanut butter, and less than one tsp. of all natural grape jelly. I also ate an apple with it. oh, I also had a glass of almond milk. That is a healthy breakfast in my opinion. What do you think?

Later today I will exercise for three miles. Thank you all for your support.

I think this type of peanut butter is healthier due to it having less sugar than most peanut butters.
