I was leery of making my own mayonnaise. I had tried flavored butters, but I had never tried any mayonnaise. It seemed a little daunting. I bet watched the video at least 20 times before I made an attempt.
The results, well I liked it and the rest of the family wanted nothing to do with it. I was not very confident offering to share it with anyone. If I do it again I will make a smaller batch. It is something I would use but just for me.
There are several things that I make for me only. For a long time I just made what they like. Funny how you start to take care of yourself after a certain age.
Excellent recipe. I prepared a homemade mayonnaise, but I used only oil, eggs, salt and pepper. This combination is really wonderful.
YouTube has a lot to offer and this sounds great.
