Nothing is easier to make than these decadent, delicious and downright simply meringue kisses. All you need to have is an electric beater.

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1-3 drops of food color (optional)

Whisk the egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. Start adding the sugar, one tbsp at a time. Add the vanilla essence. Beat some more until stiff peaks form. Add food color. Using a spatula fold the food color in. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag/ zip-lock bag. Place a baking sheet on an oven safe tray and pipe the batter into little kisses onto the sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees or until the kisses can be easily lifted off the baking sheet with their bases in tact.
