Baked vegetables with cheese

Take spring to eat healthy and tasty. This dish is the right combination of these two. Serve it as a main course or as a meat supplement.


  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 potatoes
  • 100 gr. cauliflower
  • 100 gr. broccoli
  • 150 gr. young cheese
  • 50 gr. feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. semi-hard, yellow cheese
  • 100 ml. sour cream

Cut potatoes and zucchini on slices and put together with other vegetables to cook in salted water for 5 minutes. Percolate vegetables and sort it into an oiled baking tray. Mix cheeses, eggs and sour cream to get a medium thick mixture. Overrun the vegetables with this mixture. Sprinkle with a little parmesan and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C, until it evaporate liquid.
