When I saw how easy it was to cut the potatoes this way I wondered why I had never learned it before. The kids eat sweet potatoes on a stick all the time. They may never have to eat them with gooy marshmallows again! (I am not a fan of the marshmallows thing.)
The garlic bacon chips were delightful. I did two different pans so one would be with sweet potatoes. My husband wants to try them with purple potatoes. That will be great when the grandkids are here.
I am the only one in the family that likes mushrooms, so that one will have to wait until the girls are here and they will try anything with a little wine.
