A few days ago, I posted about how you can upcycle your old jeans to make a cute storage basket. But did you know that some fashion designers are upcycling jeans too? Check out this video from Trash to Couture, to see how one Scandinavian clothing label transforms a pair of old jeans into a cute women’s jacket.
You can also see how tailor Denise Reed made a more tailored jacket from several pairs of jeans she bought at her local thrift shop.
These projects are really cool, aren’t they? Could you see yourself sporting one of these fashionable denim jackets?
I like it. We like Creative people
This year, my daughters are making self-adhesive applique patches from old jeans. It is very creative! My youngest made an alien! 😀
Very nice!
It’s great to reuse clothes this way. And denim is always in vogue.
They are awesome! I wish I could sew.
I am not good at sewing, either. I wish I were.
