This evening, around ten people showed up for the Woodbridge meetup, but only 6 walked around both lakes. I walked 5 miles, which is 11,392 steps. I was hot and sweaty by the end of the walk, ready to go home and relax. I did eat a small protein bar I brought with me.
Doctors recently changed the requirement of 10,000 steps for a woman. They moved the level to 7500 per day!
I am not really counting steps. I am just logging it in for fun. most people on my walking meetups check their statistics.
that is a fun idea, walking meet-ups. We tend to walk with our dogs, no body else.
