All three August Challenges completed! Ehem! Never again will I do three of them in one month, especially with my work schedule. I literally was doing something active all throughout the month whether it be walking or running before or after my work schedule, or even sneaking in a short walk before my work shift. There were a few times that I pleaded with clients of mine for a short walk which none of them fell for the bait, hehe. I learned a little bit more about myself this month, and thanks to Strava with features like these that have been keeping me active during covid-19.
