There’s definitely some sort of large format print or perhaps a canvas. I’m gonna guess and say a graphic designer.

Looks like a guy standing in front of a canvas propped up on an easel and his arm is reaching out toward the canvas but there is not room for a long brush in his hand, so maybe he is just pointing at the painting. Or maybe I just made all this up.
