If there is one thing about the character of a cat is that they are very curious creatures that get into jams that require the assistance of the firefighters in the community where the incident took place.
The next story is that of a male cat that had the misfortune of getting stuck in an entertainment center in Hampton Virginia.
The owner of the cat called for help for the Hampton Animal Control personnel to assist the cat who had no name at the time of the incident.
When the Hampton Animal Control personnel arrived to attempt to free the cat who only had his head sticking out of the entertainment center with no hope of getting out on his own, tried to free the cat, their attempts to free the cat were not successful.
The Hampton Fire Department were then called to attempt to free the cat from his trap. The firefighters used a saw and some elbow grease to free the cat from the trap he got into.
The cat was then returned to his owner. The cat received a new name based on being freed by the firefighters who were more than happy to do their duty to save a cat’s life. His new name is now Lucky.
I am sure we all have the old saying “Better to be lucky than good.:
He was Lucky indeed!
Lucky did live up to his moniker thanks to his rescue team.
Lucky for him that is one great fire department!
You know the old saying “Better to be lucky than good” sometimes.
SO cool to read these stories!
My pleasure to share these good stories on this site.
That is why our real heroes are the firefighters, animal rescue and police officers.
That’s great, lucky is on Lucky side.
When I saw the image of the cat on the Virginia market television site, I really felt sorry for the kitten since all that seen was his head seen over the entertainment center.
Of course, Dee. I would also feel sorry if seeing it.
Good thing the cat was rescued by the firefighters.
It is always the will to save others. c”,)
