Buenos Aires is a city full of attractions that simply can not be propuistiti, and among them is the most luxurious bookstore South America – El Ateneo Grand Splendid. This palace of book lovers is in the old Grand Splendid theater where the 1920s hosted major stars like Carlos Gardel. The amphitheater was once able to accommodate 1,050 people, and today it placed 120,000 book titles. The central dome has retained the original romantic style murals celebrating the end of World War II. Lodges have remained almost untouched, and today’s purpose is to provide visitors privacy while reading your favorite book. The stage is transformed into a cafe where in the afternoon you can enjoy the sounds of the piano.
