I was given this packet of organic minute mug cake mix. It sat at the top of my refrigerator for a few weeks, but today I got the urge to make it, thanks to the assist of my taste buds for wanting something tasty and easy to make. Hehe, watch out La Jenna! You have been put on notice because I just officially entered your cooking challenge. To make this snack, all you need to do is add 2 tablespoons of hot water to the cake mix inside of a 9 ounce coffee mug, stir it then microwave for only 1 minute. All that is left is to allow your cake to cool off for 1 minute then enjoy ; )
