The time has come for me, and this is an adventurous time. Advent or advent time is the time before Christmas. Following the Catholic calendar, the advent begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas. Advent time ends after the fourth Advent Sunday – on Holy Evening (the evening before Christmas). During this time, believers remember Jesus’ coming to earth. A typical symbol of Advent is an advent wreath with four candles. On the first Sunday Sunday, the believers light one candle, on the second Sunday two candles, on the third three and on the fourth all four candles.
