For hundreds of years, Targoviste was the Capital of Wallachia. As every year, on the beginning of September we celebrate ”Zilele Cetăţii Târgovişte 2018”. Festivities started with the Medieval Parade. Today’s atmosphere in took us to the old days when the streets of the city were full of gentlemen and princesses.

We also have in Canada what we commonly Renaissance fair but they are so commercialized that they do not appeal to me at all. But that photo of your parade is very unique. The costumes are very elegant and colorful.
