Motivation is driving force that leads towards the achievement of goals. Animals have an internal compass that drives them to make journeys of many thousands of miles across unfamiliar terrains to breed, for food or to live in more favourable environments. Migration takes place in teams, with a sociability factor, that ensures that the group works towards its ultimate goal successfully.
