Due to being very busy these past few days because of my upcoming semester, and not being able to making it to the gym, I settled for an indoor workout in my apartment. With how cluttered my schedule will be these upcoming weeks with internship there will be plenty more of these with a little creativity as well to keep me fueled for more. As mentioned in my last WOD, I stated that as a fitness enthusiast I always make things work with what I have, which I truly meant! Even if I do not make it to a traditional gym.
I use my treadmill especially this time of the year. You are doing great.
Since I moved to Chicago, its what I have resorted too because I refuse to get my lungs hammered while being outdoors.
I have a twist board approved by Shark Tank, and I lost 5 pounds in just a few days, and toned up. You are determined Thomas, and you can’t help but stay in shape.
