WOD – Working on my best Yoga pose

I got the chance to have some fun after my workout this afternoon. Part of me has this interest in yoga and would love to incorporate it into my workout regime while training for the marathon. I feel that it will keep the blood circulating throughout my body, as well as being a reasonable alternative to stretching while allowing me to meditate in the process. 

The shoulderstand pose feels so good, but in the future I would love to work more on the bow, and lotus poses.
