Prior to this workout I weighed myself to find that I dropped a few pounds which felt great going into this workout. If you have been following my writings you would know that I have been doing a 10-day detox which I credit for this weight loss. There are still many areas where I would love to improve at, but as the weeks go on I would like to add more workouts that focus on my lower abdominal muscles, such as planks, flutter kicks, leg lifts and such. I have done them before, but have slightly veered away from them as the months have passed. I would also like to increase the jumping jacks I do because of its benefits for the heart and overall body, which I have done in this workout. In my opinion, jumping jacks are so underrated and should be added to any daily workout routine because of their benefits.
- 20 Pull ups
- 30 Push ups
- 40 Sit ups
- 1.00 Mile walk
- 3.00 Mile ride – heart rate
- 100 Jumping jacks
- 25 Push ups
- 50 Pound repearts of 30 Leg extension
- 90 Pond repeats of 30 T-Bar row
- 30 Jumping jacks
- 30 Sit ups
