Now I practice 15 min fat burning exercise twice/ thrice a week and long walks.
There is no diet in the world that can remove fat cells. When you weigh more, your fat cells are larger and when you eat just 200 calories less at every meal your weight WILL come down as they start shrinking. From birth, we have a certain amount of fat cells and they remain the same quantity until we die! All of the dieticians have been lying to us and taking our hard-earned money. Google this and find the truth, it’s out there.
For my body, I put more stress on exercises than on a diet. I did not count calories at all, I didn’t have a diet, only less sweets as usual…
And within 3 months 8 kg went away only due to exercises! They are called fat burning.
I went several times to McDonalds and Burger King during the period of losing weight!!! )))
I think exercising gives more energy and joy, I started feeling by body better but any diet restricts, makes stress so MY EXPERIENCE was about exercise! I became slim again!
So why not eat a lot and exercise a lot too?

Hello Lisa, Thank you for reading and commenting on this post. My wife and I are less over-weight than unfit, so I searched the Internet and came across an exercise that requires only 3 minutes per day, to complete and gives your core muscles a great work out.
