Healthy lifestyle?

It is very fashionable these days to live in a healthy, ecological, and friendly environment. The kitchen is no exception. Organic products, no E, only natural nutrients, only vitamins, only homegrown products, and so on and so forth have all conquered store shelves, TV commercials, housewives’ heads, and our kitchen shelves and cabinets.

I would be for this wholesome “movement”, still, I am still just an ordinary person. Mortal and with defects.

Although I wouldn’t want to be thrown with eggs or tomatoes, that’s the truth – sometimes I eat quick food for lunch. I do not look at the label of each product in search of the scary E (which I know I usually find) and the bread – though I have my hands and oven and even I love home-made bread – I often buy from the store.

But not everything is so bad. I have some very healthy habits and constantly adding new ones. The meat and veggies I buy from the farmers only. I use as little sugar as possible. I love homemade dishes if only I have time to prepare them. I drink a lot of water and doing sports. And I walk a lot daily.
