  1. aerobic exercise that involve cardio, such as walking, jogging, and/or bicycling.
  2. vitamin c from veggies, such as leafy greens
  3. intermittant fasting, which involves eating within 8 hours per day.
  4. prolonged fast, which involves 24 hour fasting, but drinking lots of water and herbal tea, maybe once a month to cleanse your system.
  5. herbs
  6. yoga
  7. EDTA
  8. Keto diet that involves eating mostly healthy fats and protein.
  9. reduce sugar intake
  10. sleep more, or get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
  11. Omega 3 and DTA
  12. Consider adding these foods into your diet: coconut oil, DHA with omega-3 or cod liver oil, pumpkin seeds, avocados, blackberries, cilantro, brazil nuts, vitamin K2, turmeric, kale, sea kelp, nutritional yeast, vitamin Bs, herbal teas, and getting 8 hours of sleep. If you are unable to eat certain food, then consider getting the vitamin version.
